Privacy policy

This page explains what dreamimageclub.com collects, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with and what rights you have. It describes what the website's systems actually do.

This website is run by Piroon Thaicharoen as “ภาพฝัน” (Dream Image Club), the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). For anything about your personal data, contact:

2. What is collected

When you send a message through the form

Your name or what you'd like to be called, your company or organisation (if given) and how to reach you, such as email, phone or LINE ID
The type of project, timing, location and any details you write
Details added automatically: the first page you landed on, how you arrived (for example utm tags from an ad), your cookie choice and a reference ID for the message
Google or Facebook ad click IDs (gclid / fbclid) are attached only if you have pressed “Accept” on the cookie bar

The website's own usage log (no cookies)

The website records events in its own database on its own server, to see which pages lead people to get in touch. This log holds no name, no IP address and uses no cookies. It records:

Events such as opening a page, scrolling, tapping LINE, phone or email, playing a video, downloading the PDF and sending the form
The page, language, the referring site (domain only), utm tags and device type (phone, tablet or computer, judged from screen width)
A random ID for that visit, kept in your browser's sessionStorage and gone when you close the tab
When a form is sent successfully, the log stores the message's reference ID so I can see which page it came from

To block spam, the server counts requests per minute using a one-way hash of your IP address. The real IP is not stored and the hash is not linked to anything else.

Third-party measurement tools (only after you press “Accept”)

Google Analytics 4 — overall website usage
Google Ads — ad measurement, such as how many people tap LINE, call or send the form after seeing an ad
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — ad measurement and delivery

If you choose “Essential only” or haven't chosen yet, Meta Pixel is never loaded, and the Google tag runs in denied Consent Mode: it sets no cookies and can only send the cookieless signals Google defines.

Embedded YouTube videos

Portfolio films play in YouTube's player. When the player loads or you press play, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and record viewing data under Google's own policy.

What is stored in your browser

localStorage: your cookie choice (pabfun-consent), so you aren't asked again
sessionStorage: the visit ID, landing page and traffic source, cleared when you close the tab

When you contact me on LINE, by phone or by email

Your messages and number stay in that app. I use them only to discuss your project and send a quote.

3. Why it is collected

To reply, ask follow-up questions, quote and do the work you ask for
To see which pages and channels lead people to get in touch, and make the website easier to use
To measure and show Dream Image Club ads (only with your consent)
To prevent spam and keep the website secure

I do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

4. Legal basis

Form messages and other contact: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (PDPA section 24(3))
The website's own usage log and spam protection: legitimate interest in running and improving the website (section 24(5)), without data that identifies you
Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel: your consent (section 19), which you can withdraw at any time

5. How long it is kept

The website's own usage log: every 30 days the system turns it into a summary report of totals, then deletes the events it summarised (if the report fails to send, they are kept until the next successful run)
The spam-protection counter: only the latest count, overwritten continually
Form messages: no more than 2 years from our last contact. If we work together, documents related to the job are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires
Google Analytics: as set in the account, no more than 14 months; Google Ads and Meta: under each provider's policy
Your cookie choice in your browser: until you change it or clear the site's data

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

Access your data and get a copy
Have it corrected
Have it deleted, or its use restricted
Object to its collection or use
Receive it or have it transferred elsewhere
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before
Complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee office (PDPC)

Contact me by email or phone below and I will respond within 30 days. The website's own usage log holds no name or other detail that identifies you, so I may not be able to find your entries specifically, but they are deleted automatically on the 30-day cycle.
