How it worksand what sets the price

We are each expert at different things; these steps keep us seeing the same picture, so the result is what you actually need.

No detailed brief yet? We can still start — just tell me what the video is for.

Five stepswhat I do, what you prepare

  1. Ideas and planning

We talk about who will watch, where it goes, how many clips, how long and in what tone. I draft an outline of main and sub-topics for you to see, turn it into a script for you to check, and translate the script into pictures — what to film, where and when. A few minutes of conversation is enough to start.

    You prepare
Your company, product or the story you want told
Who is watching, and what you want to happen after they finish
An idea or a script if you have one — if not, I can help
One or two videos or pictures you like
  2. The shoot

We fix the dates, people and places from the shooting script. Jobs that keep the budget down usually shoot in one day; several executive interviews may take 2–5 days. A crew of 1–3 by scope, with cameras, lights, wireless mics and a drone.

    You prepare
The places and people ready on the agreed dates
Photos of the location in advance, to plan angles and light
Things that must appear — products, logos, uniforms
One on-site coordinator, and any permissions needed — parents, the factory
  3. The edit

Cut to the outline we agreed, reviewed through a private YouTube link, with 3–5 rounds of changes within the agreed direction. Wherever a problem might come up, I tell you as we go.

    You prepare
All feedback from everyone gathered into one list per round
Logos, on-screen text and the exact spelling of names
Subtitles or languages needed, if there are foreign viewers
  4. Color grading

Light and colour balanced across the whole film while the real look of people, products and places is kept — rooms bright and spacious without lying, fabric and food true to colour.

    You prepare
Brand colours, or a sample of the tone you like
The actual product for colour reference, if it is fashion or food
  5. Sound and delivery

Voice, music and atmosphere mixed so they are clear and belong together. All music and sound effects are properly licensed for every medium. Master files are delivered on Google Drive.

    You prepare
Narration or a speaker — we agree which to use
Where it will be used, so vertical, horizontal and resolution are right

What moves the priceseven things that move the number

  1. Shooting days

Most jobs shoot in one day; several interviews or locations take 2–5. Priced per shooting day.

  2. Locations

Several sites or provinces add travel days — travel is already inside the quote.

  3. Interviews

Each person means lights, 2–3 cameras and wireless mics; different places or days are priced per day.

  4. Length and number of clips

Planning several clips into one day is what brings the per-clip price down.

  5. Vertical + horizontal

Both can be shot together on the same day — cheaper than two shoots.

  6. Subtitles and languages

English or Chinese subtitles, or an English version, are all possible.

  7. Urgency

Rush jobs are possible — and I will say plainly what fits the time and what does not.

The fee depends on the conditions of each job — past work has ranged from just under ten thousand baht, twenty-odd or thirty thousand, up to several hundred thousandThere is no fixed price, because days, locations, number of clips and what has to be arranged differ on every job — the number is always something we can talk about

  • If you already have a budget in mind, say so — I fit the scope to it; more or less, or a package price
  • Travel is included in the quote; nothing is added later
  • No budget in mind yet is fine — I send 2–3 options at different budgets to choose from
  • Quotations and the paperwork your organisation needs are no problem

Common questionsstraight answers from real jobs

Our boss is not good on camera — do we need a script?

No script to memorise. I send the question outline in advance, then we talk the way people normally talk; the first fifteen minutes are what make them forget the camera. Shooting on 2–3 cameras lets the ums and ahs cut out without a jump. If time is genuinely short, 30–40 minutes is enough for a 2–3 minute piece.

We are far away — is travel charged on top?

Travel is included in the quote — nothing is added later. I work across Thailand and abroad, and stay overnight when morning or evening light is needed.

How many rounds of changes?

Usually 3–5 rounds within the direction we planned together. Wherever a problem might come up, I tell you during the work, not at delivery.

How is the work delivered, and when do we get the files?

Review copies go through a private YouTube link; once approved, master files are delivered on Google Drive. The deadline is agreed when we agree the brief.

Is the music properly licensed?

Yes, all of it. Music and sound effects are licensed for every medium and use, including ads and broadcast.

Can you issue quotations and documents for a government agency?

Yes — quotations and whatever documents your agency requires. Past work includes the Provincial Electricity Authority, the Sericulture Department and Rayong Provincial Administration.

Do you take urgent jobs?

Yes — and I will tell you plainly what is and isn't possible in the time. Done before: briefed 2 days ahead, shot in 1 day, cut within 3 days; and a job shot in the morning and delivered that evening (not recommended, but possible when it has to be). A few minutes on the phone tells you whether it can be done.

Do you shoot abroad or work with foreign clients?

Yes. I have shot an overseas vlog with two comedy stars entirely on my own; the wireless mics work in every country; English or Chinese subtitles are no problem; and I have worked for foreign brand owners, a touring foreign artist and a documentary shown in France.

Can stills and video be shot on the same day?

Yes — weddings, hotels (stills for OTAs and your page) and events. I shoot both stills and video on the same trip.

How big is the crew?

One to three people, scaled to the job. Many jobs I do alone from camera, sound and drone to the edit; big events that need several cameras at once get more hands.

We don't know what kind of video we need yet — can we still talk?

Of course — many clients start exactly there. A free ten-minute chat is enough to understand the brief; then I send 2–3 options with rough prices to choose from before you decide. No obligation.

We want both vertical and horizontal — does that mean two shoots?

No. Vertical and horizontal can be shot together on the same day; it just takes a well-managed shooting plan, which is how the budget is kept down.

Send me 3 thingsand I can give you an estimate

  1. Where will the video be used, and who is watching?

  2. How many clips, roughly how long, vertical or horizontal?

  3. Where and when do we shoot, and when do you actually need it?
