Event videosone take only — you get the highlight and the full cut

One chance only, no retakes. You need a short highlight and the full record, delivered fast after the event; the stage is dark, sound has to come off the mixer, and you do not know how big a crew you need. I always ask first whether you want these three: a 1–2 minute highlight to post the next day / the full version to keep / vertical clips for stories — because cameras and crew (1–3 people, by event size) depend on it. Sound comes straight from the venue mixer; extra lights if the stage is dark.

Quality work on a budget you understand · crew of 1–3, budget under control · Thailand-wide and abroad · travel is included in the quote, nothing added later

How I handle this kind of jobmore than pointing a camera

An event happens once. What I need is not just the date but the moments that cannot be missed, the deliverables, and when the first clip must be out — from those three I can say how many cameras and people it takes.

The order things happen

  1. Send the schedule and the must-not-miss moments

Start and end times, the opening, the awards, the show — these set camera positions and headcount.

  2. Choose the deliverables

A 1–2 minute highlight, the full recording, vertical clips for stories, and stills — say it all up front so one pass covers everything.

  3. Take sound from the mixer, bring light for dark stages

Stage audio comes straight from the venue mixer for clarity, with extra lights if the stage or room is too dark.

  4. Deliver on the agreed clock

That night, next morning or within the week — I have shot in the morning and delivered that evening (not recommended, but doable), and covered multi-day events like Chef Trip.

Common questionsfor this kind of job

How many cameras do we need?

It depends on the key moments and the size. A single-room seminar is usually two cameras; a stage with a show and audience three or more. Send the schedule and I give you the number straight away.

We want a highlight on the page the same night

Yes, if agreed beforehand: an editor on site and the must-include moments decided in advance. I will be straight about what quality is achievable in that window.

How many revision rounds, and how do I get the files?

You review on an unlisted YouTube link with 3–5 rounds of changes as agreed, then the master files arrive by Google Drive. Music and sound effects are properly licensed for every channel.

How it worksthe same on every job

What sets the price, and common questions
  1. Agree the brief

We talk about the audience, where the film will run, dates, locations and a rough budget, then set the scope together.

  2. Get ready

A shooting schedule that's clear where it needs to be, and flexible where the day calls for it — because no two jobs are the same.

  3. Finish it properly

Edit, grade and mix; review rounds as agreed (3–5), then master files on Google Drive.
