This couple had to postpone their wedding because of COVID. Instead of waiting, they went travelling together; I went along and turned their ordinary days into a film of their own — no script, nothing staged.

How I handle this kind of jobmore than pointing a camera
On the wedding day itself, the order of ceremonies is mostly set. A pre-wedding is the part you choose entirely — what story to tell, where, and in what mood. So I start by listening to the story of the two of you, then turn it into a concept, a location and a shooting plan that works in a single day.

Where you met, what you love doing together, places that mean something, pre-wedding pictures you like — send it all. No concept yet is fine; those small details are where I begin.
I propose a concept and locations to choose from
A storyline, a look and one or two locations, with a schedule built around good light — a clear theme or something simple that lets the setting do the work. Any province works; travel is already in the price.
On the shoot day, no poses to learn
I only say what to do where — walk together, talk, go for a drive — and the rest is just you. Video and stills on the same day by one team, with nobody else to coordinate.
A film ready to play at the reception
You review it on a private link with the agreed rounds of changes, then the full files come by Google Drive on the date we set, in time for the wedding. Want the wedding day covered too? We can add it in the same conversation.

Common questionsfor this kind of job
We have no concept and no idea where to shoot
That is fine — most couples start there. Tell me your story and send pictures you like; I propose storylines and locations to choose from, whether a clear theme like an old car with flowers or something simple that lets the light and setting do the work.
We are awkward in front of a camera
Most couples I film are, and the pictures still come out well — because I ask for no poses and no looking at the camera. Walk, talk, laugh the way you normally do; I work from a distance that never intrudes, and before long you forget the camera is there.
How much, and what is included?
Pre-wedding stills from 20,000 THB; video with stills from 27,000 THB. Both include travel; southern Thailand adds 5,000. The final figure depends on half a day or the whole day, and whether you want the full ceremony or vertical clips as well. Tell me the budget plainly and I shape it to fit — nothing added afterwards.
Can stills and video be done on the same day, or do we need two teams?
One team. Both are shot on the same day, so you deal with one person, agree things once, and have nobody extra to coordinate on the day.
When do we get it, and can we keep the files?
You see it first on a private link, with changes as agreed; then the full files come by Google Drive on the date set at booking. The files are yours to download and keep.
