Hotel and resort videosthat make people book, not just look
You want bookings, not just pretty pictures. Should you film with guests or without? Morning and evening light means an overnight stay; foreign guests need subtitles; and if you run a small homestay you worry the budget will not stretch. I film the experience a guest will have rather than empty rooms, usually stay one night to catch evening and morning light, shoot stills for OTAs and your page on the same trip — and travel is included in the quote from the start.
Quality work on a budget you understand · crew of 1–3, budget under control · Thailand-wide and abroad · travel is included in the quote, nothing added later

Main piece
Thale Noi homestay, Phatthalung — from 3–4 groups a year to thousands of guests
A homestay at Thale Noi, Phatthalung — after the video went out, guests went from three or four groups a year to several thousand people a year, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand came to visit. Shot with no plan in advance. Another place I helped went from 5–20 customers to enquiries all year round — one every five minutes in high season — and the number-one trending stay in its area.

How I handle this kind of jobmore than pointing a camera
The hotel film that gets bookings is not the one with the prettiest room; it is the one that answers what a guest is silently asking — what is the room like, what do I see in the morning, what do I eat, where can I go. So I film the experience a guest will have, not just the rooms.
The order things happen
Name the selling point guests should see first, and which guests
The view, the food, activities or the quiet — and whether guests are Thai, foreign (which subtitles), families or couples. This decides the opening shot.
Decide where it runs
The page, Agoda/Booking, ads or TikTok — each wants a different length and ratio, all captured in one trip.
Stay one night for evening and morning light
Places look their best at dusk and dawn, so I usually stay one night, bring the drone for aerials, and shoot stills for OTAs and the page on the same trip.
Decide about people in frame
Models, real guests, staff or the place alone — each gives a different feel and affects the shooting day and permissions.
Stillsshot on the same trip

Where is the property, how many room types, and what should guests see first (the view, food, activities, quiet)?
Who are your main guests — Thai / foreign (subtitles in which language) / families / couples — and where will it go (your page, Agoda/Booking, ads, TikTok)?
Do you want people in the shots (models, real guests, staff) or the place only?
Common questionsfor this kind of job
We are a small homestay on a small budget. Is it worth it?
My clearest result is a homestay at Thale Noi, Phatthalung — no plan in advance, yet bookings grew many times over after the film until the Tourism Authority came to visit. The size of the property is not what decides it; what the film shows is.
Should we shoot with guests or without?
Both have merits. Empty rooms are clean and the light is controllable; consenting guests give real atmosphere. I usually film rooms while empty and atmosphere while busy, on the same trip.
How many revision rounds, and how do I get the files?
You review on an unlisted YouTube link with 3–5 rounds of changes as agreed, then the master files arrive by Google Drive. Music and sound effects are properly licensed for every channel.

Get ready
A shooting schedule that's clear where it needs to be, and flexible where the day calls for it — because no two jobs are the same.
Finish it properly
Edit, grade and mix; review rounds as agreed (3–5), then master files on Google Drive.
