Real estate videosrooms that look bright and spacious without lying — and sell

Rooms must look spacious and bright without lying; you need drone shots; it has to sell, not just look pretty. If you are an agent, you want a walk-through with you on camera that is quick and cheap per house. I split this in two: the project film (location, facilities, house types, drone, resident interviews) and the agent film (a real walk-through to camera, done in one vertical minute). The two are shot and priced very differently, so choosing right at the start saves a lot. For agents with a steady stream of houses, a monthly rate is possible.

Quality work on a budget you understand · crew of 1–3, budget under control · Thailand-wide and abroad · travel is included in the quote, nothing added later

How I handle this kind of jobmore than pointing a camera

Rooms must look spacious and bright without lying, and the film must sell, not just look pretty. I split the work in two from the start — the project film and the agent walk-through — because they are shot and priced very differently.

The order things happen

  1. Tell me whether it is a project or a single house/agent job

Project: how many house types or show units, and whether there are common facilities. Agent: how many houses a month — this sets the format and price.

  2. Set the channel and aspect ratio

Project page, ads, sending to clients on LINE, or the website — and whether you need vertical, horizontal or both.

  3. Shoot when the house and facilities are ready, timed to the light

Once fitted out and the facilities complete, I schedule around the house's light with drone, stabiliser and lights for dim rooms.

  4. Add real residents' voices when possible

A short resident interview makes the film more credible than beauty shots alone — as done for a Thanasiri project.

Reply on LINE, or call — a few minutes is enough for a price range. No obligation.

  1. Is it a project (how many house types or show units, shared facilities?) or a single property / agent (how many houses a month)?

  2. Where will it be used — project page / ads / sent to clients on LINE / website — and vertical, horizontal or both?

  3. Where is the project, and when will the houses be ready to film (decorated, facilities finished)?

Common questionsfor this kind of job

I am an agent and want quick, cheap walk-through clips talking to camera

Yes — a different format from the project film: a real walk-through to camera, done as a one-minute vertical. With a steady flow of houses each month, I offer a flat monthly rate.

Can a small room look spacious without misleading buyers?

Yes, with the right lens, added light and angles that do not distort proportions. I never stretch a room so far that visitors feel cheated — that makes the sale harder, not easier.

How many revision rounds, and how do I get the files?

You review on an unlisted YouTube link with 3–5 rounds of changes as agreed, then the master files arrive by Google Drive. Music and sound effects are properly licensed for every channel.

How it worksthe same on every job

What sets the price, and common questions
  1. Agree the brief

We talk about the audience, where the film will run, dates, locations and a rough budget, then set the scope together.

  2. Get ready

A shooting schedule that's clear where it needs to be, and flexible where the day calls for it — because no two jobs are the same.

  3. Finish it properly

Edit, grade and mix; review rounds as agreed (3–5), then master files on Google Drive.
